Go Vols
Have been having my own American life for two months. And after two month, parents are visiting! Can't wait for that. Today's the first time I'm going to do a double shift. I don't know if I could handle that... hopefully I could on this big money day. My manager sent me home a little bit earlier today (almost not) to let me get some rest and then go back there to fight for the war again a couple of hours later. Everthing would be so different for the night shift than the morning one. I was supposed to be trained for the night shift first, but now, I guess my manager just really likes me.... well, likes to have me worked for him... In the evening, people are going to order wins and beers with their dining. But unforturnately, I know nothing about alchole. Maybe my manager will send me home earlier again later since I would have no help but cause troubles by taking wrong orders of drinks.
Well... I like to work, but I'm just so tired now. It's my sleeping time... The ball game has already started. It took me 30 mins to get home when it usually just takes 5 mins. People are always yelling outside. I don't even want to step out at night. Hopefully I can arrive home safely later tonight. By the time I'm working for night shift, I guess we'd know if we win or Alabama. Few years ago, Alabama fans ruined and broke stuff in the hotel because they lost the game. So somehow, I hoipe Alabama can win today so that I'd have happy guests instead mad ones that hate seeing TN people. Then I would just tell them, I'm not a citizen here, I'm from Taiwan! Go die UT! Oh... I lost my time taking a nap by writing this post. Well, time to work AGAIN. Go Vols! Go Alabama! Go Taiwan!
