Knoxville-where farmers live

Since it's almost the last day of 2006 which was a year full of advantures for me- New Year counting down of 2005 in Canada, finished the Ma course in Switzerland, a month of secondary research in IN, got the rest of the research done in Taiwan, a two days trip with Bagel, a week trip visting my dad in Vietnam, then finally here I am in the United States, I feel like I should really do something special at the end of the year to send away this wonderful 2006. But however, I'm now stucked in this little town. No place to count down except pubs, bars. No place to see firework show like the one we have in Taipei 101. NOTHING HERE!
Now I really feel that Taipei is a much more modern, convenient, well developed city...I think I haven't gone counting down with millions of people for 3 years....
Oh, I miss my friends who always went to count done with me at the end of the year in Taipei city hall...
Anyway, happy new year to anyone who happen to see this post on new year's eve and new year's day of 2006/2007~

sick & tired

of everything and trying so hard...

Simple Happiness

-Is walking with the one I love on the street of the night market and eating whatever I want with him.
-Is to never worry about where we'll be in the future.
-Is going to a movie whenever we want to.
-Is to never wonder what should be my next stop or destination.
-Is driving to wherever I want.
-Is working at wherever I want.
-Is not thinking too much all the time.
-Is hearing the Angle Mooney not the Devil Mooney.
-Is being myself.
-Is thinking Hakuna Matata.
-Is praying that all these simple happiness can be heard and receiving the blessing from God.

These happiness could be easy to get for some people but not me.
But now I pray, be happy with what I have now and do not be greedy.
There are more people in the other side of the world that are praying that they can see where their next meal will be.
